In the Acomb area of York. The pub itself is a large, rounded building. This pub apparently underwent a transformation under new owners to improve its image and transform it into a bit of a sports bar -- I think the layout changed a but, but to be honest, I didn't really notice that much of a change in the atmosphere. Someone told me some people used to call it 'The Burglars Arms'. Not somewhere I'm in a hurry to go back to.
