BoBo LoBo prides itself on being York's only Latino Cafe Bar. There's a small-ish bar area at the front, and a larger restaurant area upstairs. I found the beer on tap a little expensive, but the place has a good atmosphere and the food looks lovely. This used to be the Rubicon vegitarian restaurant, which used to advertise as being a 'Cafe Bar', so was also allowed on this list, although the drinks were the usual restaurant offerings.
