(Not yet revisited their new cafe/bistro bar 'The Court') Description from when I visited the original bar: The Dean Court Hotel's public bar is a very small bar area (with additional seating around) which serves beer at the usual over-priced hotel rates. Despite being advertised on the outside as a 'public bar', they don't really expect anyone's silly enough to come in and pay more for their beer! You may even have to ask for someone to open the bar to serve you!
