Frankie and Benny's is a restaurant chain. The public bar in the restaurant at Clifton Moor has an american-diner theme to it. It serves the usualy main-stream beers at the prices expected. Not really much else to say, except it's not really worth a visit unless you're eating there or perhaps if you're visiting the Warner Village Cinema next-door.
